Stress brings out in us some version of Fight/Flight/Freeze. Recognize what this looks like for you. It can be different from moment to moment and day to day. Remember that you never know which “You” will show up in any given moment.

Some nutritious, easy meals:

Breakfast:
Hardboiled eggs, avocado/peanut butter toast, orange, yogurt and granola (without added sugar), Ghirardelli chocolate square

Lunch:
Oatmeal, honey, walnuts, raisins, chocolate
PBJ with sunflower seeds

Snack:
Hummus, baby carrots, pita/pretzel chips

Dinner:
Fresh-caught frozen fish, quinoa, frozen vegetables, chocolate
