Breath for Balance Workshop
Led by guest instructor RYT200 Himali Kumar
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In this special restorative class, Himali will use slow, rhythmic yoga that focuses on breath to relax the body and mind, and also to enhance immunity and overall well-being. This class will explore various forms of pranayamas (breathing exercises) sprinkled with restorative yoga poses throughout. She will also discuss effective mudras (hand seals/gestures) for stress relief and immunity building.

Himali will provide ayurvedic recipes (chai, kadha, rasam) for immunity building to share after the workshop and have Indian chai for participants to sip on.

Puppies & Yoga is on April 16 1-2:20pm. Join these two little puppies and many more for this fun, carefree yoga class, hosted in studio, with cute adoptable puppies! Class will be donation based (recommended $15) to benefit Blues City Animal Rescue.

The rescue volunteers will be on site-as puppy-wranglers and they are supplying mimosas and charcuterie boards for you to enjoy after class!
